I always have a great experience at Club Car Wash Independence! My vehicle comes out looking clean every time, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that the vacuums are consistently working and that I’m able to take my time cleaning both the inside and outside of my vehicle without feeling rushed. The facility is well maintained and makes keeping my vehicles clean quick and convenient. Definitely recommend!

The salespeople at this location are overly pushy and, at times, borderline disrespectful. I don’t mind a good sales pitch... I’ve worked in sales myself, so I understand the job. However, after my experiences during my last two visits, I’d honestly rather use a different car wash, even if it means driving farther. I’ve never had this issue at GO or Charlie’s, but I usually come here because it’s close to home. I only wash my car every month or two. It’s an older vehicle with plenty of cosmetic imperfections, so I’m not looking for anything fancy. I simply wash it occasionally to keep dirt and grime from building up. Today, I stopped by because I wanted to replace a decal on my car and needed a clean surface beforehand. The salesperson repeatedly pushed the monthly membership, even after I told him four separate times that I wasn’t interested. At one point, he said, “Wow, you’re really going to spend $11 on a car wash just for it to rain tomorrow? That’s kind of crazy. I’d never do that.” Whether it rains tomorrow has nothing to do with why I wanted the wash. I wasn’t asking for his opinion on my decision. I just wanted a basic car wash so I could put a decal on my vehicle. Mean

First all I’d like to say I do enjoy the car wash. However, the rudeness, overbearing and total lack of respect towards customers choice not to want membership is beyond disappointing & disgraceful. I had every consideration of getting membership later. That was until of your very rude employee thought it would be a good idea when I said “not today” to yell at me. He yelled “why not” and further attempt to give me a long loud aggressive southern twang filled lecture on cost comparison on buying the membership. I had already given him my payment, had another car not pulled up, this young man I do believe would have continued with his misguided attempt to aggressively yell me into submission. I did not stop by to spend my money and time to be yelled at. All I wanted was a car wash. My money & car will be served better elsewhere. Your business would probably be better served with more employees with better understanding & respect for people wishes. This is beyond an unacceptable sales attempt. If you have video please review it. If not I do.

Incredible car wash. This is my second time and I love it. However, when several members go through because the person taking my money will not accept no for an answer when I tell them I do not want to membership, it will keep me from coming back. I'm not here to have a conversation, I'm not here to argue, I'm here to wash my car! If it wasn't a good car wash, I would give it one star. He was definitely over the top! And unfortunately, to the point I won't return.

I have been a member there for over two years. I have three cars that I have memberships for I haven’t had any problems except the last six months. my rear wiper got torn, lifted up and the metal got bent, and I noticed the hood of my car. The paint is starting to rub off. I decided to give it another try and I see how one of the rags in the car wash gets between the wipers and lift it up. They also run the cars too close together they should leave at least a half a car linked in between because so many times them cars have come close to hitting. And when you ask them, hey can you leave a little room? They say that’s what they’ve been trying to do.
